We ride our horses ourselves and represent them to the best of our ability. Our goal is to match our horses with a compatible owner so both are happy. With that said we understand sometimes the connection is just not there, they are living animals with personalities, and things may not work out. Our one of a kind guarantee is applied with the purchase of our horses. We do not offer refunds, instead our guarantee allows you to trade back the horse you purchased from us, as long as it is in the same condition as when we sold it to you, toward another of our horses, within 4 years of purchase date.Depending on which horse you trade back for, this may or may not be an even trade. We do not offer money back but with our guarantee we will try to make you happy the best we can. You are able to trade back for most any reason within 4 years, if the horse is in the same condition as when we sold it to you, at our discretion. So if you don’t bond with your horse, if you decide you want a horse with a different discipline or background or color or breed, or even if you don’t like the way your new horse eats, we will take the horse back in trade toward another of our available horses and will apply your entire purchase price toward the other horse. (Purchase price only. Excludes any delivery, Paypal or credit card fees.)
Example:
* You purchase our horse “A” for $2000 and wish to trade it back for our horse “B” for $2200, your purchase price of $2000 is applied toward horse “B” and you pay $200 difference.
*You purchase our horse “A” for $2000 and wish to trade it back for our horse “B” for $1800, your purchase price of $2000 is applied toward horse “B” and you neither pay nor receive any money difference. We occasionally have used horse trailers for sale, which are sold as is, no warranty nor guarantee neither expressed nor implied.
